What Does Zero Contact Service Mean?
We understand that people are nervous about inviting outsiders into their homes right now. They don’t want to get close to a stranger, they aren’t interested in shaking hands, and they have anxiety about a service technician walking around inside their homes touching surfaces, but we want you to know that JCN Plumbing is putting your safety first. When you contact our offices, our customer service representatives will inquire about your plumbing or water damage problem, then they’ll also ask if anyone in your home has been sick with virus symptoms. They’ll ask if you have any special requests for when our plumbers and service technicians arrive. If you’d rather they enter through the garage instead of the front door, just pass along your special instructions and we will carry them out.
We also want you to know that the technician that will visit your home is one of the best in the business. Each tech is screened for integrity, intelligence, mechanical aptitude, customer service skills, and positive work history. We stand behind our work and we take pride in providing you service that stands the test of time. We look beyond individual service calls to what is in your long-term best interest. Twenty-four hours a day, three-hundred-sixty-five days a year, we want you to feel confident that if you have a problem that needs a recommendation, installation, or service, the entire JCN Plumbing team stands ready to help.
Social Distancing/Physical Distancing
When our technicians arrive at your home, they’ll follow CDC guidelines, which include maintaining at least 6-feet of the distance between you and them. We ask that you do the same.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Our technicians will also wear appropriate personal protective equipment, and here’s what to expect:
- Face masks. As you probably know, face masks of all kinds are in short supply and are even being rationed in some areas, therefore, the type may vary by location and availability. Please know that we’re doing everything possible to equip all JCN Plumbing techs with all the PPE they need to be safe and to keep you safe.
- Disposable gloves, latex, or nitrile. We’ll wear them while working and we’ll put on a fresh set before handling your paperwork and credit card.
- Boot covers, so we don’t carry in germs, track mud, or stain your carpeting
Our service technicians wash hands frequently with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. They’re also using hand sanitizer as needed. Additionally, they’ll disinfect touchpoints before, during, and after jobs, including service vehicle steering wheels and door handles, equipment, and even the plumbing fixtures they handled in your home.
Now that you know you can depend on JCN Plumbing’s Zero Contact Service commitment to customers and employees, you can feel safer while requesting our services during these hard times. Our company is dedicated to this program to make sure you are fully protected. If you see ways we can improve, please let us know. We want to be your trusted partner.
